What You'll Do
- As a freight broker at New Direction Inc., you will be responsible for managing and coordinating shipments for our customers. This includes finding carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely delivery. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers and carriers to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- In addition to your primary duties as a freight broker, you will also be expected to contribute to the growth and success of our company. This may include developing new business relationships, improving our processes and procedures, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Who You Are
- The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 3 years of experience as a freight broker, with a proven track record of success. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be able to work well under pressure. You should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
